Over 4000 sq. ft. of combined indoor/outdoor living space. This luxurious, mid-century modern Alexander home was originally designed by famed architect William Krisel and is one of the largest Mid-Century homes of its kind in the Racquet Club Estates enclave.
Per new Palm Springs Vacation rentals laws, the maximum overnight guests allowed are 12 (Adults, kids, babies) + an additional 2 kids under 12 years. An additional 4 daytime guests are allowed between 10am-10pm.
This expanded Mid-Century home honors the architectural integrity of the original Mid-Century design while providing a huge, modern, open-concept great room that combines kitchen, dining and living areas, perfect for the warmth and intimacy for small groups and spacious enough for large groups.
There's no limits on entertaining with three kitchens, including four sinks, three dishwashers, two refrigerators, KitchenAid 5 burner gas range, convection wall oven, microwave and a well-appointed complement of small appliances, cookware and large serving pieces. You'll love the 14-foot island/bar, with plenty of room to cook, serve cocktails or create a buffet line with adjacent table seating for up to 12 people both inside or 12 people outside.
6 generously sized bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom means no one has to share a bathroom. 3 feature king-size beds, 3 have queen size beds and all have fresh and clean marble tiled bathrooms; 2 with bathtubs, 4 with barrier free walk-in showers. Comfortable mattresses and all cotton bedding makes for a great night’s sleep in each bedroom.
The private outdoor spaces includes an outdoor living and dining areas, outdoor kitchen and gas grill, five private patios, chaise lounges, fire-pit and enough seating for everyone. Splash in the salt-water pool with tanning shelf and a tiled 6-person spa. The outdoor shaded living room includes comfortable sofas, so sit back and enjoy!

This is a green home powered by a whopping 21kw of solar power, 12 tons of super efficient heating/air, state-of-the-art LED lighting throughout. The updated media and internet technology includes 7 Smart LED TVs and Cable TV service in the great room and in all bedrooms, USB charging ports throughout the home, LED 70-inch main Smart TV, Netflix, etc., 5.1 home theater audio system and super high-speed internet with full coverage throughout the property.
We own and manage only our own homes, you are working directly with the owners. We take great care in our properties and it shows. From initial inquiry, thru booking, arrival and departure we will personally take care of you. That means quick response to all questions, a personal meet-n-greet with home tour and 24/7 support during your stay. We are always just a text or phone call away. While we do not offer additional services such as private chef, caterers, event planning, etc. we are happy to provide suggestions and references to great local resources. Palm Springs Vacation Rental Home Ordinance #1918:
New laws that apply to all Palm Springs vacation rental homes.
Complete ban on all outdoor music and amplified sound at any time. There can never be any music heard from outside the residence.
Outdoor “Quiet Time” between 10pm to 10am.
Overnight guests limit = 12 (Adults, kids, babies) + up to an additional 2 children under 12.
No more than 6 total cars may be parked on, or in front of, the property.
Trash must be disposed of in provided receptacles and cannot be visible from the street.
All stays require a separate and signed rental agreement. (Online signatures via DocuSign)
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
Government issued photo ID must be provided by primary renter.
All adult guests must sign the city of Palm Springs “Rules and Regulations” sheet agreeing to abide by all local Vacation Rental law
The city of Palm Springs now has “Vacation Rental Compliance Officers” to patrol and monitor all vacation rental homes. Any violation of the above laws the city will issue you a $500 ticket. Any guest receiving a citation from the city for illegal outdoor music will be asked to leave with no refund. When in doubt please ask us for clarification on any issue.
Nightly rates do not include $450.00 cleaning fee, optional pool heat of $89/day, $500 refundable noise/security deposit and 12.5% Palm Springs City tax.
Check-in 3pm-5pm, Check-out 10am. Early check-in, late check-out may be available for an additional fee.

Dog(s) are accepted but only with prior consideration and must be pre-approved.
House is not child proof; the pool is not separated from the house, may not be suitable for small children
