Fresh, Quiet, Re-Done Studio Apt - Close To Everything Please note: This property is only available for reservations of 30 or more nights (although guests may stay less than 30 nights.)
Conveniently located in quiet safe Noe Valley. 500+ square feet of living space, recently redone, fast WiFi, cable TV, telephone, separate kitchenette, washer/dryer. Good public transportation and decent street parking. State-of-the-art water filtration. Lots of hot water. Private and quiet, for 2 persons only. Close to the 24th shopping area and great restaurants.
This is a safe and family neighborhood / quiet building. We are in one of the best areas of Noe Valley, close to everything...transportation, restaurants, shopping, etc.
This is a 3 unit building; the studio apartment is on the lowest floor with some natural filtered light. Government issued photo I.D. matching the name on the reservation required upon check-in. Check-in is between 3pm-6pm. Early or late check-in requires prior approval and additional fee. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

THE SPACE
Our large studio was recently redone. Sleeping area and living area are well separated with a separate kitchenette and eating area. This is apartment is on the lower level of the building with filtered sunlight... quiet and excellent for sleeping.) Sleeping area has large SMART HDTV with free Premium Membership to YouTube TV.
Landline telephone with free long distance calling within the US (this is a lower level apartment, cell phone reception is poor, but excellent WiFi -- most guests use WiFi calling on their cellphones.) Kitchenette includes: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, plates, glasses, kitchen utensils (due to city building code, no stove... but there is a hot plate.)
The access to our large Studio is via a private door on Eureka St. When guest arrive we are there to give you keys and a brief orientation. The garage area has 2 washers/dryers with laundry soap.

I rented this place for my parents, they were staying in SF and eagerly awaiting the birth of their first grandchild. I live in Noe, a few blocks away, so this spot was great. My parents were a bit too eager, and came into town a week before the due date. We had planned on them staying there for two weeks total, but the baby was taking it's own sweet time and came two weeks late. So do the math - each week we had to address the rental, and see if they could stay longer. Bruce is a pro - he made sure my parents were always comfortable and taken care of, week by week. He even offered up his own place to accommodate them when he had people coming in to stay in the rental prop. Bruce was even checking in to see about the baby - he was nothing short of amazing. There was one day when my dad locked himself out, and Bruce went out of his way sort things out.
I am a Noe Valley resident so I would like to address the comments about cell service in Bruce's appt. My own appt, only a few streets down, does not get reliable cell coverage. This entire neighborhood has the worst coverage in the city. Sorry, but look around- we are surrounded by hills. For example - when I get dropped off by a taxi, in order for the driver to use his credit card machine - the driver has to drive and to circle around and find a spot on the hill on my street where it works. Cell service in this neighborhood is just bad. It is not Bruce's fault!!! He has nothing to do with your cell service! If you think that Bruce controls the satellites in the sky, you are mistaken. He was awesome about my parents coverage (they were super worried about missing a call while their grandchild was born) and he actually installed a land line while they were there - super nice and above and beyond! Seriously awesome. So, go outside and take a walk to 24th St if you want to make a call. Or, use the landline and get over yourself.

First of all have to say that Abraham the property manager is fabulous. When the cable for the TV somehow malfunctioned he came to fix it so I could watch the SuperBowl and otherwise was courteous and helpful. Furnishings were lovely.
There were a couple of negatives however- place though spotless smelled kind of musty. Also trouble with cell phone reception. Managed to have both a fraud alert put on my credit card and a cancelled flight to deal with. Having to stand outside on the sometimes noisy street to talk try and handle these issues was not fun. WiFi was also somewhat inconsistent. That said perfect place if you want to disconnect for a bit.
