This is apartment is on the lower level of the building with filtered sunlight... quiet and excellent for sleeping.) Sleeping area has large SMART HDTV with free Premium Membership to YouTube TV.

We enjoyed our stay in Eureka studio apartment very much. Maria the property manager was helpful and friendly. The apartment is in lovely Noe Valley, close to 24 th St with its quirky cafes and shops. All in all a great place- we hope to return at some stage
Great neighborhood getaway!

Eureka studio is perfect for getting away and immersing yourself into the neighborhood like a local. We've been to San Francisco many times and yet still felt like this was new. That's because it truly is a neighborhood find. The studio is cute, clean, and roomy. Maria was extremely nice and helpful. We gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of 2 things: 1) due to the recent rains the apt had flooded. The flooring was still damp and the air was musty though Bruce & Maria did their best trying to air out and dry out the place. 2) There is zero connectivity in the studio. None! Cell phones do not work (i.e. "No Service") unless you have Verizon and even then you must go outside to maintain a signal. WiFi finally worked but it was a struggle. I was there for work so it was a big disappointment for me. Conference calls were extremely difficult as I had to go outside and stand in a certain spot. Again, Bruce tried to make up for it by providing free calls on the land line, but it is shared with 3 units and you cannot charge the handset at the same time that you are using the wifi. The last thing you need to know is that this is a working neighborhood, cute & friendly, but don't expect nightlife of any kind. Everything shuts down by 9 or 10pm even on Sat. Uber was great though and we went elsewhere for nightlife. This is a great place especially if you are there for a local event. All told, we recommend Eureka Studio; just plan accordingly.
Excellent accommodation in Noe Valley

Excellent accommodation in Noe Valley. I was greeted on time by Maria who gave me a tour of the apartment, handed over the keys, and urged me to contact her with any issues or questions. She could have not been nicer or more responsive during my stay.
While technically a studio, the hallway down to the well-appointed kitchen gives one the sense of much more space. Everything feels new and top quality. There's a small patio with table and chairs (which the persistent January cold and rain kept me from enjoying).
I also ran into Bruce a couple of times. He has a very welcoming and generous spirit.
The studio is in easy walking distance of buses and the metro. The 48 bus down 24th Street takes you to the BART. Adventurous hikers will walk up the hills from the studio to enjoy the amazing view from Twin Peaks.
Bottom line: Clean, comfortable, and well furnished. Wonderful people to deal with. Convenient location with easy access to many restaurants, small shops, and Whole Foods.
