CLEANING
PROCEDURES
Your health and safety are important to us. Here’s what we do before your arrival to ensure a clean safe environment for you and your family/friends.
1.
Minimum 24-48 hours in between guests’ departures/arrivals.

Sheets and towels are laundered in hot water using bleach*. They are then dried in a hot dryer for a minimum of 30 minutes.
5.
Kitchen surfaces, cabinets, appliances and general household surfaces are cleaned using a disinfectant multi-surface cleaner* and/or an alcohol-based surface disinfectant*.
7.
Hard surface floors are mopped with a Hard Surface Disinfectant Cleaner*.

We use EPA approved Disinfectants for Use Against SARS-CoV-2*.
4.
Bathroom surfaces are cleaned using a bleach-based disinfectant cleaner* and a bleach-based toilet bowl cleaner*.
6.
Doorknobs, light switches, TV remotes and other hard surfaces throughout the house are cleaned with disinfectant multi-surface cleaner* and/or disinfecting wipes*.
8.
We are an approved host in AirBNB’s Committed to Clean initiative.
WE PROVIDE
In addition, upon check-in we provide you with a disinfecting cleaning kit that you may use during your stay for further reassurance.
